Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

If you withdraw your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs you paid. If you withdraw only part of your order, you will receive a refund only for the returned products.

The cost of returning the products to Calconditioner is at your own expense.

We kindly ask you to return the product complete and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You may inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a physical store. However, any damage or excessive use beyond what is necessary to assess the product may result in a reduction of the refund amount.

You can easily exercise your right of withdrawal using the form on this page. Once your order has been verified, you can confirm your withdrawal online. You will then receive a confirmation email containing the return details.
