About our Privacy Policy
Calconditioner cares deeply about your privacy. We only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle with care the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services made available on it by Calconditioner. These terms took effect on 11 July 2022; when a new version is published, all previous versions become invalid. This privacy policy describes what data about you we collect, what it is used for, and with whom and under what conditions this data may be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect it against misuse, and what rights you have regarding the personal data you provide to us.
If you have any questions about our privacy policy, you can contact our privacy point of contact; you will find the contact details at the end of this policy.
About Data Processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we (have it) stored, which security techniques we use, and who can access the data.
Webshop Software
WooCommerce
Our webshop is built with WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Under our agreement, WooCommerce is required to take appropriate security measures. These measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share aggregated data within its own group to further improve its services.
WooCommerce hosting
Our webshop is built with WooCommerce and is hosted on a privately managed server. We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of data as much as possible. These measures include at least SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
Web Hosting / Server
We house our dedicated servers with TransIP. TransIP does not process (personal) data and does not use your data for its own purposes. This party also cannot collect metadata about the use of the services. TransIP is bound by a confidentiality obligation under the agreement.
Office365
We use Office365 for our regular business email. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 has no access to our mailbox, and we treat all email traffic confidentially.
Payment Processors
Mollie
To handle (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, and residence details, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All of the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted by statutory retention periods.
Reviews
WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to clarify your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this data solely to invite you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties to provide its services; we have authorised WebwinkelKeur to do so. All safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of the services for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
Shipping and Logistics
PostNL
If you place an order with us, it is our task to deliver your package to you. We use PostNL for deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary that we share your name, address, and residence details with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely to execute the agreement. If PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also makes your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and Accounting
Software
We use offline software to maintain our administration and accounting. We do not share your data.
Purpose of Data Processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data solely in the context of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data—other than at your request—to contact you later, we will explicitly ask for your consent. Your data is not shared with third parties, except to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality under the agreement with us or by oath/statutory obligation.

Retention periods
We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will treat it as a request to be forgotten. Due to applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data for as long as the relevant statutory period applies. However, staff will no longer have access to your client profile and documents we created in response to your assignment.
