Reflection period/returning

Sometimes it’s possible you wish to return an order. Maybe you are dissatisfied with the product or there may be another reason why you no longer wish to receive the product. Whatever the reason may be, you have a right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it without needing to state a reason.

In addition products for domestic use have a 90 days money-back guarantee. This only applies to Calconditioners bought from this website. Other vendors could be using different policies.

Exchange a product?

Do you wish to exchange one product for another? This is no problem. To do this you can use our Contact Page or contact us at info@Calconditioner.com. The costs for returning the product are not covered by us.

I accidentally put in the wrong address!

Acidentally put in the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust the order.

Right of withdrawal

You have to right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it without needing to state a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive the entire order amount including shipping costs. The only costs we do not cover are costs made to return the product from your location back to ours. These costs differ per country. Please contact your shipping company of choice for more information. In case you decide to use your right of withdrawl, the product and all included components have to be returned – if reasonably possible, in original condition and packaging – to the vendor. To use your right of withdrawal use our Contact Page or contact us at info@Calconditioner.com. We will then return the owed order amount within 14 days of being notified about your return: provided the product is returned in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can apply a value reduction on the returned amount. Please handle our products with care and make sure it’s packed properly in case of returning.
