When you unpack the product, you will quickly realize that it is a professional product. The placement was quite simple, the only plus is a socket in the meter cabinet, because you need that. Note that the water has softened so that it works, that there is some green deposits forming at the water pipe connections and I think that the limescale present is also slowly dissolving which had previously formed a kind of barrier against leakage. Luckily, because first of all, I almost bought the wrong water softener (CC2500 instead of CC1500), which I found out thanks to the clear information on Calconditioner's website. Second, there was a promotion that made me cheaper and third, there was an additional item that was added for free that day. At the conclusion of the purchase it was not clear whether it would be delivered (there was no indication in the overview), but upon unpacking it turned out that it was neatly placed in the parcel which was efficiently and well packaged with an added thank you note and a nice touch. Overall very happy with the website, price, shipping and support. I can't say anything about the product yet because I have yet to install it, but I have complete confidence in the product. What a thing, great! I've been looking for and comparing descalers for months. I came across this by accident and thought he could return it if I didn't like it after 3 months. It's not that much money when I compare it to a descaler that needs maintenance and salt. I was able to quickly install the device myself and already on the second day I noticed a big difference. The water rolls off the shower tiles as if the tiles were waxed. The water is also a very different color or sheen, hard to describe. Showering is an experience, the water is much softer, the hair dries nicely and shines more afterwards. I've always showered after drying, but I'm done with that quicker now too. It's amazing that more people aren't aware of this. Maintenance-free and low purchase price. I'm finished. People don't hesitate, just do it!

Installed the CC1500 last night and already no more limescale deposits in the kettle, which would otherwise immediately turn white from the limescale deposits. I was just fumbling to get the wraps around the pipe properly. I also mounted the device vertically, so it's a bit more difficult than mounting it horizontally. But the first application is very promising, the future will show whether the result is permanent. Nice touch the chocolate added but at the current temperature it almost went out of the box but well intentioned.
