Warranty and Complaints

The following terms, which describe the prerequisites and scope of our warranty service, do not restrict the statutory rights of the end user of our devices in the event of defects. These rights can be exercised by the end user free of charge, regardless of our warranty. In addition, we provide a warranty to the end user for our devices according to the following conditions:

  1. We will rectify defects in our devices free of charge according to the following conditions (Nos. 2-6) if the defects are proven to be due to material and/or manufacturing errors and are reported to us immediately upon discovery and within 36 months of delivery to the first end user. If the defect appears within 12 months of delivery, it is assumed to be a material or manufacturing defect (see exceptions in point 2).
  2. The warranty service is carried out in such a way that defective parts on the device are repaired free of charge or replaced with faultless parts, at our discretion (repair). Replaced parts become our property.
  3. If the repair is refused by us or fails in our estimation, a comparable replacement from the local device portfolio will be provided free of charge within the aforementioned warranty period. The replaced device becomes our property.
  4. Rights under this warranty can be exercised by the end user by reporting the defect to our factory customer service. For this purpose, the end user has access to the following channels: by telephone, by email. The consumer can find the relevant contact details on the website. In addition, the purchase contract with the delivery date or at least the date of purchase must be presented.
  5. Warranty services neither extend the warranty period nor do they initiate a new warranty period. The warranty period for installed spare parts ends with the warranty period for the entire device.
  6. Further or other claims than those mentioned above are not available to the end user under this warranty.
  7. Please note our additional customer service offer: Even after the warranty has expired, our service is available to you.

In addition, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on household products. This is only valid for Calconditioners purchased by individuals through this website. Other sellers or websites may have different warranty periods.

It might happen something did not go according to plan. We advice you to file the complaint to us first by using our Contact Page or contacting us at info@calconditioner.com. We take all complaints very seriously and we always resolve the issue. Since February 15th 2016 there is also the option for consumers in the European Union to file a complaint on the ODR platform of the European Committee. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being processed elsewhere you are free to file a complaint through the platform of the European Union.

Our email is monitored for 16 hours a day and answered as quickly as possible. The quickest way to reach us is through our contact form. If it concerns a previous delivery, always include an order number or postal code and house number.
